A customer buys
The cashier records the invoice amount, customer phone, and whether the invoice is promotional.
How it works
The system is designed so staff can move quickly while the backend enforces merchant-specific balances, redemption limits, promotion rules, and role permissions.
The cashier records the invoice amount, customer phone, and whether the invoice is promotional.
Normal purchases use the merchant cashback rate. Promotional purchases use half the normal rate.
The earned reward becomes merchant-specific discount credit. Cashback is rounded down to the nearest whole Syrian pound.
At checkout, the customer can use the maximum allowed available balance or keep it. No partial amount choice.
If an invoice is promotional or discounted, Reward Balance cannot be used on that invoice. Cashback can still be earned at half the normal merchant rate when recorded as a purchase.
The balance is discount credit inside one merchant. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used at another merchant.
